Abbie Cornish was born in 1982. Cornish is best known for her films roles, including Heidi in Somersault (2004) Fanny Brawne in Bright Star (2009) Sweet Pea in Sucker Punch (2011) Lindy in Limitless (2011) Clara Murphy in RoboCop (2014) as Sarah in Geostorm (2017) and also for her work with filmmaker Martin McDonagh in Seven Psychopaths (2012) as well as The Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). Cornish was awarded her debut Screen Actors Guild Award with the film she starred in. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, who starred in Adventureland and The Mothman Prophecies among other films, was her dad. Ann McDonough played the mother. Betty Gilpin's parents remained supportive and encouraged her to pursue a career as an actress. Fordham College became her choice to attend college because it gave her the opportunity to learn and develop the abilities she would need to become an professional actor. Gilpin was still auditioning for films and television roles while performing in Off Broadway productions. The role she got was the lead in NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent between 2001 and 2011, then smaller part on Ghost Town (2008), and The Northern Kingdom (2009). Gilpin kept getting TV guest spots over time. Her first big break was in 2013, when she was picked to be the main character on Nurse Jackie. Gilpin was a part of Nurse Jackie over 34 shows as the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin before it was cancelled in June 15, 2015. Gilpin played the lead role in True Story (2015) the following year.
