Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a wonderful fiance named JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and I am most popular with my followers. I share my life in general, the good and the bad. I moved to America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At one and a half years old I would not be here sharing my life with you if it weren't since my parents were devoted to hard work and sacrifice. With the opportunity to have an improved life I was determined to try the best I could to please them, and determined to achieve my goals. My goal was to go to school in order to finish my studies and secure a good job. And then I wanted a wife and kids. The lifestyle I had thought I would have wasn't what it turned out. The year was 2013, and I found that I hated working at my corporate job. Status and money did make me feel happy. I thought I wasted my time to earn an income. When I started to take steps towards my new life path I discovered that personal training was what I wanted to do. I have a love of exercise and enjoy working in the company of people and am eager to help those around me. The business I started was in 2014 and I'm celebrating 7 years of success in the year 2021. As a Asian female working in the field, we are among the few of us. To be a leader in my field and provide quality coaching to help others live an improved and happier life by establishing a life that is tailored to their specific needs and to reach their targets. It is my aim to encourage others to chase their dreams, and to achieve the life they've always wanted. When my work was taking off, I experienced the greatest loss of my entire life to datein the death of my mom. She has won the eight-year fight with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. Although you may not be able to see it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in providing us with what we truly require. My mother's death has changed my life in a profound way and I think she was the one who gave me a second chance at life. When she passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance at living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. At the age of 30 I am awestruck by the feeling that I am alive and living. I don't feel that I'm just another number. My intention in telling my story is to let you know that you're not alone. I hope that you feel that love is real and that therapy is common. Your health is the most important asset you have. I hope that you enjoy your life to the fullest and that you die without regrets because death is the only thing that is promised to the people in our lives.
